CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS
Appointments which are cancelled at short notice or clients who fail to show up to their appointment cause inconvenience to other clients, a loss of revenue to the salon and earnings for our Hair Stylist and Colorist. Therefore in the event of no show on the day of booking with the purchase done, there will be no replacement of booking dates or times and it is considered null and void.
Equally, if we have to cancel your appointment for unforeseen reasons we will reply to the client within 24 hours’ notification of the original booking and the purchased services can be replaced with a different time and date of their choice during operating hours within three weeks.
COMPLAINTS & SOLUTIONS
- Dreamcut hair salon want every client to be happy with their hair and with our services.
- If however, you have an issue or complaint, you must notify the outlet Hair Stylist or Colourist immediately and they will consult with you in order to find the appropriate solution. We promise that if your complaint meets with the correct criteria we will offer you solutions until your issue has been resolved.
- If you have simply changed your mind or if you return after the third week, normal charges will apply.
- If you have altered or attempted to alter a hair colour or cut yourself or a third party the complaint(s) becomes null and void.
- It is completely normal and acceptable for a client’s cut or colour to be carried out every four weeks which is why you will be charged as per normal once the three weeks have passed.
- We welcome feedback and it is important for you to inform the outlet Hair Stylist or Colourist if you are not happy with your hair at any stage.
Payments are required for appointments. Payments are non-refundable on failure to turn up for your appointment or change of appointment with or without notice. Confirmation of payment and bookings can be taken over the telephone to ensure your booking. Your appointment cannot be booked until the payment has been taken.
OFFERS AND PROMOTIONS
DreamCut reserve the right to cancel any offer or promotion at any time. Management reserves the right to refuse any service at any time. Services may not be available at all times. All offers, promotions and vouchers have expiry date from the day of event unless otherwise stated. Cannot be redeemed for cash or used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion including VIP. One voucher per person per visit. Voucher(s) are to be presented on arrival to the Hair Stylist or Colourist in order for it to apply.
